As the Director and a member of the executive committee, I spearheaded the IT contracts and projects. I was responsible for evaluating and negotiating multiple IT-related projects and coordinated with the development team to suggest changes in existing products and services. I also looked after the training thresholds and requirements of the IT department.

As the Operations manager, I restructured and constructed the modules based on established KPIs to boost productivity. I led communications with customers and providers to achieve goals efficiently with in the deadline. I also participated as an active member in the operations & contingency plan committees.

During my role as consultant, I have analyzed the current process in place and prepared an integration plan for the new process system for different clients. I have also developed and implemented new processes/modules to enhance productivity, as well as prepared quarterly studies for the client on cost savings and work progress made by the implementation of the new process system. Additionally, I have contributed to the recruitment and training of new and current members for the newly set process, and suggested and assisted the client in making appropriate management decisions.

During my role as the Quality Assurance Manager, I reported the production malfunctions to managers and supervisors. I looked after the coordination with clients and providers. I also directed the documentation for the ISO 90001:2000 & the business impact. I designed and implemented additional services and coordinated with teams to ensure quality.

As the Quality Assurance Manager. I worked on designing and putting in place initial operation structure and processes, identifying improvements based on client needs, error control, and analysis, directing the coordination with the clients and providers, evaluating interactions between associates and customers to assess personnel performance, analyzing, and distributing statistical information.

As a Consultant Engineer, my major achievement was finalizing a dealing room project for a well-renowned Saudi bank. At IT&C Consultants, I designed quality protocols for customer hypotheses and spearheaded the adoption of brainstorming sessions.

As a regional manager, I led a team of talented professionals and successfully managed to implement IT systems in multiple countries. I also developed a sales strategy based on customer and market behavior to boost sales.
