Responsible for the development of 2 new areas within Southern Ca. hiring and training 11 sales representatives within the region. Business Development activities included; Building relationships with POS vendors, community agent banks, and business referral advisors, providing YOY growth of merchant locations and margin revenue exceeding goal expectations. I also provided weekly team calls and individual 1-1's to track weekly sales objectives and identify income producing sales activities while using Sales Forces.Com as a CRM tool to manage pipelines and account fulfillment entries.

•Provided strategic direction and leadership to four Market Sales Managers and 37 direct reports, successfully achieving year-over-year sales growth through the implementation of sales plans with programs focused on merchant payment products. •Conducted weekly sales meeting with each Market Manager reviewing sales development and growth activities to ensure goal tracking. •Worked closely with senior bank partners to improve communication and collaboration of regional sales opportunities. •Implemented finance goals to each market and managed general ledger to reduce overall expenses for the region.

• Managed Sales Teams in Orange County, Inland Empire and San Diego providing sales development and in-field coaching to sales consultants. • Recruited, motivated and retained high performing sales consultants that are still presently employed and are in the top 10% Nation Wide in sales performance.• Recognized as the #1“Top Producing Market” in 2005, 2006 in Recurring and One Time Equipment Revenue. • Developed strategic partnerships with bank personnel that created new cross-sell opportunities resulting in increased referral growth and sales revenue.

• Successfully managed 2-4 sales consultants while still providing as an individual sales contributor exceeding sales goals each month. • Provided leadership in the recruitment and development of new sales consultants, and managed sales pipelines and activities to ensure proper ramp up of goals.
