A Florida native and graduate of Chamberlain HS, Roger Chewning’s history is rich in service to others. He served four years in the Army (1993-1997) as an Infantryman/Scout and was stationed in Texas and Germany. Upon his return he finished college and obtained his Bachelor’s in Finance from USF - St. Petersburg campus. Roger has a dynamic 30-year career reflecting accomplished achievement in sales, business, and government. He is a highly motivated entrepreneur with well-developed negotiation and analytical skills. He started in real estate as an appraiser in 2000 and later joined his Father’s real estate inspection business as a home inspector in 2004. Roger is able to bring that knowledge, and the people skills he’s crafted while holding leadership positions within both the Fire Department and the Firefighters’ Union, to assist you in finding your home. Roger is focused on impeccable service delivery and will be sure to save you both time and money. When not serving his clients, Roger is a Fire Captain/Paramedic with the Temple Terrace Fire Department and spends time with his wife and Boxer dog. An avid boater, Roger and his wife have been known to fish the Bay for whatever is biting.
