Management of internal BT Programme of work to develop and deploy enhanced management systems to reduce cost (by several million pounds a year) and increase efficiency within the Lead to Cash management process (Sales to Billing). During this time also gained considerable experience in the application of Agile Methods for rapid development of products and services.
