As a Senior Instructor at Go Ape, my responsibilities include demonstrating and enforcing health and safety protocols, conducting emergency drills, and managing site operations when acting as Duty Manager. I assist with site management tasks such as local marketing, conducting course checks, maintaining equipment and facilities, and ensuring compliance with risk assessments and operating procedures. I strive to deliver an outstanding customer experience, welcoming visitors, hosting educational groups, and working with my team to ensure every guest enjoys their adventure while minimizing complaints and maximizing satisfaction. My role requires excellent health and safety knowledge, strong leadership and communication skills.
