Successfully handled challenging issues with the ERP software (Syteline) and integrating the ERP software with the rest of the company. Setup training manuals and did the training for all associates for this version. Introduced new software named Powerview for Syteline. This improved the time necessary to handle programming because Powerview has a graphical user interface.I lead a team to upgrade our Time and Attendance software (Shoptrac from Kronos) from Shoptrac 2.87 to Shoptrac Pro 3.1. I was responsible for all technical questions and support of the software after.Converted Syteline databases to Syteline 6 and Progress 9.1D. Setup training manuals and did the training for all associates for this version.Introduced Electronic Data Interchange software (Softshare from Softshare) for the Anderson plant. I have mapped Delivery Forecast (DELFOR) and Despatch Advice (DESADV) forms for several customers. The DELFORs are read directly into the Syteline database.
