I initiated the development of a 29-store combined solar photovoltaic and energy efficiency power purchase agreement for $70M and 6 MW’s. In my work with life science companies, I identified significant reductions in dynamic air flow management in laboratories, having saved 4.6M kWh’s and $1.3M, and we secured $1.1M in utility rebates to offset the $4.4M project cost. In collaboration with a financial service provider working in more than 100 geographic areas with over $40 trillion in assets, I partnered with them in publicly reporting their environmental initiatives including their reduction in carbon impacts. I supported two gas and oil companies in delivering U.S. electric vehicle charging systems to thousands of sites with significant energy profiles of 8-10 MW’s or greater, in addition to having led the review and eventual installation of a life sciences research facility’s fuel cell electric generation plant.
