- Preparation of the Budget and Forecast.- Reduction of unit costs in the different processes (Mine, Plant, Services)- Savings initiatives, proposing new configuration in some services, thus inducing lower general expenses, guaranteeing the normal execution of the same.- Review of process valuations: Mine, Plant, Services- Preparation and analysis of the cost committee for VPO- Formulation of scenarios, taking into account the LOM, in addition to exhaustive cost control, considering trends, unit prices, physical goals and recipes.- Review of the main drivers of mine, plant, services.- Implementation of indicators for the control of water and effluent treatment.

- Control of the Opex of the mining units.- Analysis of the impact of the variation in prices of critical materials and services of the main suppliers.- Analysis of the Income Statements of the mining units with emphasis on the Operating EBITDA as value creation.- Preparation and analysis of the monthly production report and the main factors that explain the result of the month (Ton, grade, recovery, equipment, HC, among others)- Analysis of the main mine and plant KPIs such as: tons. extracted, ton. treated, energy, meters of progress in preparation and development, meters of diamond drilling, cubic meters of filling, among others.- QA/QC of the unit budget (BVN), with an impact on the top (80%) of the services and supplies, thus having better traceability over the years.

- Monthly update and analysis of monthly corporate reports, P&L of the mining units- Support in uploading budget and forecast files to the Datamart (BI)- Support in the administration of SAP FM (upload of Budget updates, forecast)

- Methodization and analysis of financial statements.- Support in the evaluation of credit proposals.- Optimization of the checklist process to comply with SBS requirements regarding the risk policy.

- Control and validation of information corresponding to account debit and credit card.- Automation of the monthly registration and updating.- Data cleaning and making a better format for its registration in Operational Risk System.
