I teach and write about management development in what are the most challenging of times. My areas of interest are transformational leadership, EQ at work, authenticity in leadership, purpose, values and the role of integrity. My approach is behavioural, with the key being self-exploration to discover sustainable professional approaches which are ethical, credible and successful. In a post-pandemic world, I truly believe that our leaders across industry, politics and the public sector will need these aptitudes and attitudes more than ever before.I joined Ashridge in 2008 and am currently a Professor of Practice in Leadership. Over the years, I have taught all over the world, including India, Africa, China, America, the Middle East, Australia, the Far East and many countries across Europe. I am currently on the Advisory Board of Developing Leaders Quarterly journal and on the Advisory Board of Indigo Sails, an innovative company in the boutique holiday space, offering tailored holidays that also focus on self-discovery, self-empowerment and self-improvement under the guidance of skilled facilitators. www.indigosails.co.uk
