Als Delivery Manager ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de day to day operationele gang van zaken voor klanten in de healthcare branche. Hiervoor realiseer ik een correcte uitvoering van contractuele operationele service levels (SLA), d.m.v. een optimale planning en inzet van resources. Beheer en coördineer ik de change kalender en ben ik operationeel single point of contact voor de klant en interne service managers. Ook lever ik de benodigde operationele rapportages aan en input t.b.v. het service level report.

The DMS department qualifies, conforms and delivers movies and series to streaming (VOD) platforms among which: Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+ and Amazon Prime.In this role I was responsible for managing the day to day business of the Digital Media Services (DMS) department which consists out of 2 branches, which are; the front office, and the operations department. I am the manager of 7 direct reports who work at the front office (7fte: 5 coordinators and 2 operations team leads), and 20 indirect reports from the operations dept. (20fte: operators). Additionally I manage client accounts and partnerships, conduct sales and lead projects.Key responsibilities:• Manage client-, and operations support dept. (7fte)• Manage day-to-day operations dept. (20fte)• Steer department based on profit and loss account• Client management;• Project management;• Financial settlement;• Workflow optimisation.Accomplishments:• Led and won multiple RFP’s/tenders which resulted in growth of work and revenue;• Established 3rd party partnerships to create an improved value proposition for the DMS product portfolio which has resulted to increased sales and new business;• Managed large projects; among which the distribution of 80.000 digital assets within 6 months for the launch of Disney+ ;• Responsible for the compliance to the MPAA TPN auditory security regulations enabling qualification to perform work for the MPAA studio's;

In this role I have been the manager of 5 direct reports (5FTE coordinators) and given the full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the DMS front office, while still performing the work of a DMS coordinator. The front office is the management and organisational branch of the DMS department. The front office is responsible for client service, project management, planning, invoicing and HR-related matters like holidays, sick leave and celebrations.

The DMS department of NEP provides digital media services for content distribution to streaming platforms such as Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Netflix and also linear TV-platforms. Digital media services includes: Quality control, transcoding, and delivery in accordance to platform specifications.In this role I have been responsible for the coordination of movie and series deliveries, client service, planning, creating and optimising workflows, administrative system implementation, financial administration and settlement.

At channel operations I have been responsible for creating broadcast program schedules. Produced on-screen GFX and launched multiple new broadcast channels such as the Paramount Channel.

As a commercial planner I have been responsible for the commercial airtime inventory and clients advertising budget. By strategic planning of commercials I ensured clients' exposure targets were met.

Being graduated during the great recession, it wasn't easy finding a job. After graduation I worked as a logistics worker to pay the bills while in search for a more fitting job that matches my educational level.

During and after my studies I worked part-time as a representative for brands as HP and Samsung amongst other brands, selling laptops and printers. At this job I developed sales skills. I have always been ranked a top 3 salesman at this company.

At this company I completed an internship for my thesis. For my thesis I analysed the market and competition and defined strategies for expanding the business. My thesis has been awarded an 8 and after a successful thesis defense I graduated for my bachelors degree.
