Developed a revenue generating population health strategy for Intermountain Healthcare newest LiVe Well Center which includes a weight loss clinic, integrative medicine, and exercise classes.Assisted in designing the operational workflow of both providers and patients/customers in the new 19,000 sq. ft. LiVe Well Center.Participated in design and construction meeting for the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center replacement project which consists of a 600,000 sq. ft. inpatient tower and a 270,000 sq. ft. outpatient tower.

Analyzed physician referral patterns, presented finding to the Physician Advisory Committee, and developed a specialty referral list to assist physicians and MA's in finding qualified specialist for their patients.Create a process map for the provider enrollment process. Streamlined the process to reduce the enrollment time frame by 10% and presented these findings to the executive team to assist in implementation.

I lead the operational side of the Professional Services/Financial team. At times, I coordinate research efforts of anywhere from 8 - 40 people. In addition to helping collecting research myself.I work with multiple teams to ensure the specialty reports are published on-time and at a high quality. While managing this process, I also ensure that KLAS keeps a consistent level of data on area that we are not currently publishing a specialty report on.

I trained and supervised three other employees during the busiest time of the year for Vivint. I was responsible for keeping the floor of the warehouse moving like a well oiled machine. That meant that I lead quality checks on anywhere from 500-1000 pieces of equipment weekly, in addition to shipping out the same volume of equipment in the same week.

While at the Missionary Training Center, I taught 19 to 21 year old missionaries teaching skills and time management. I would have a group of 6-13 missionaries every 3 weeks. I created personal lesson daily to fit the groups needs and help them best learn to help other people. In addition to the lessons, I also helped missionaries adjust to their new lives as missionaries and advised in a social and spiritual capacity.
