Following a successful board level career with a world class organisation, Red was formed in 2004 to provide project and design management to clients requiring an in-house consultancy service. Working with clients in dynamic highly demanding environments on detailed designs, concepts, building and management briefs, articulating their exacting requirements into project execution and delivery, adept at managing diverse teams and utilising resources to achieve the desired outcome. A good problem solver trusted to deliver and act as the client’s representative both in the UK and internationally.Key achievements include: Alexander McQueen and Jimmy Choo’s design management of global store concept, Kurt Geiger’s brand expansion including high street, mall and airports, The National Gallery, manage the full fit out of retail function. Farrer & Co, manage the new design and fit out of their offices in existing listed building and new modern spaces for expanding business. The Terrace Restaurant, manage the full fit out of a landmark Wimbledon restaurant.
