Roger has more than 25 years experience in management and leadership consulting, executive coaching and senior level recruitment. He has worked throughout Europe and Scandinavia, as well as in India, Russia and Dubai. His extensive academic studies include management, psychology and economics (BSc), and post-graduate study of education, organisational behaviour, social research and business (MEd MPhil MBA); he is accredited as a Master Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation, and as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) having completed rigorous training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI); he is also a trained educator (PGCE)Roger creates value for his clients by helping them get the very best from their people.
