These results contributed to establishing a company reputation as a premier firm for preconstruction in the region.Negotiated Owner contract agreements and managed Subcontractor pre-qualification process.Led Project Acquisition, putting procedures in place that resulted in project win rate doubling while reducing overall marketing and project acquisition cost by one third.
