At camp Kooch-i-ching, the campers are divided into four age groups, Preps, Juniors, Intermediates, and Seniors. This upcoming summer of 2018 will be the second summer that I will be the head of the Junior Unit, which means that I am the head camp counselor in the Junior Unit, as well as being in charge of all the staff working in the Junior Unit, which was 26 last summer. I primarily deal with the day-to-day planning of the two four week sessions, as well as staff management, unit organization and trip planning when in camp. During the 10 day camping trips, I am a trip head, meaning that I am responsible for safely leading the campers on my trip from the drop-off point to the pick-up point.

The Bold North Superbowl LII Zipline was a special event put on by the Minneapolis Superbowl Host Committee wherein four zip line cables were strung across the Mississippi River. This event required Minnesota locals to be zip line guides, and I was hired to be one of the guides. Primary job responsibilities included having an in-depth knowledge of all safety equipment, good communication skills and positively representing Ziptrek.
