KMH Cardiology Centres operates 10 healthcare facilities across Ontario that provide Cardiology, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, PET/CT diagnostic testing and specialist services (both virtually and in-person). Over the last year, KMH has provided testing and consultation services to over 160,000 patients and 8,000 referring clinicians.I lead a cross-functional team (that includes analysts and developers) to implement technology solutions (e.g. Tableau, Salesforce, Robotic Process Automation, Airtable) and drive the strategy for optimizing the organization's structure, workflows, and processes through the use of data and analytics.
