As Director of Decision Science and Experimentation I was responsible for the analytics systems that evaluate the business and application performance impacts of product and feature launches.

Led Incedo strategy pivot from staffing services to a technology company. I worked with the CEO to define a new product offering that enabled enterprises to migrate their on-prem data systems to a cloud-hosted analytics platform. This provided Incedo customers with the ability to develop data science models and AIs to optimize their business use cases. I was also responsible for hiring Incedo's product team and driving the go-to-market plan for the new analytics product suite.

Led Relevance, Search and Discovery Teams for Groupon. These systems powered all Groupon’s consumer experience and outbound marketing channels (Mobile App, Web, Email, Messaging and SEM). The Relevance system my team developed created a channel-specific personalized shopping experience for Groupon customers, driving over 90% of Groupon revenue ($2B+).

Led email and mobile push recommendations teams for Groupon. My teams developed Groupon's global messaging system and machine-learned personalization models. I also was responsible for email deliverability operations. This system drove Groupon's $1B email marketing channel by sending 10B personalized messages per week across 34 countries.

As company co-founder, I led the development Loku's product and drove venture fundraising. I hired the engineering team and launched Loku's social mobile app in 12 marketplaces across the US. This app promoted local business, local events and points of interest to create a personalized neighborhood-level social experience for Loku customers.

Sr. Developer on Spyglass Server C/C++ SDK Team (OEM'd as Oracle Application Server) and Architect Spyglass Embeddable Microserver.
