Within the Corporate Information Management department I am responsible for the improvement and daily support of our Business processes and -systems. From that perspective I act as intermediate between our Operational Engineers, Business Owners and IT-partners.Accomplishments:● Set up the financial interface our for cloud based logistic solution CargoWise One using WebServices and APIs.● Develop, implement and support a new Fleet Management solution, Fleetwave.● Integrate the Fleetwave solution with our Document Managent system, Dotiga.● Design and introduce our new solution for Load Carrier Management, Avalanche.● Integrate the Avalanche solution within our ERP environment.● Develop and implement several improvements and integrations for our Supply Chain system, Quintiq.● Set up EDI-connections with our customers in order to integrate several ERP solutions.● Manage and optimize our large Infrastructure including Oracle, SQL, Citrix and Windows systems.● Setup our Test- and Test Automation Strategy and implement our Test Automation framework.

My main responsibilities are the translation of wishes and requirements into business requirements and IT requirements in the Campaign2Cash area. I liaise with project stakeholders in the European sales offices in order to identify opportunities for business development and improvements. Next to that I monitor and measure our project milestones, budget and deliverables. The role is positioned in Canon’s BPO-organization.Accomplishments:● Develop best practice processes for contract management & service offerings● Align business requirements with the business representatives and NSOs● Evaluate and approve functional requirements ● Facilitate continuous business- and organization improvement events● Build detailed knowledge of system solutions to support the sales & service processes● Design of a new service entitlements concept to be rolled out in all European sales offices

As a Business Process Consultant I act as an intermediate between the business challenges and the technology solutions. Responsibilities include the investigation of business needs, the development of business cases and the initiation of process- and system improvement projects. Within the Lead2Cash stream I initiated projects related to meter read collection, invoicing and contract management.Accomplishments:● Define new end to end processes and execute gap analysis● Evaluate business requirements and translate into functional specifications● Translate business processes into a working solution in SAP● Develop process- and application related documentation● Define and monitor KPIs with respect to the O2C value stream● Create test scenarios, plan and execute test cases● Plan the cutover actions and prepare the go-live● Train the end-users and management team● Act as liaison between end-users and the software development companies

A trainer / technical writer is responsible for the complete documentation and training package that is required to successfully develop and launch a (software) solution. The role is positioned within the International Training Centre of Océ Technologies b.v.Accomplishments:● Define and manage documentation projects, in close cooperation with Product Marketing, Service, and Research & Development. ● Investigate target groups and information needs.● Develop technical documentation for software applications, for example user manuals, quick reference cards, online helps, FAQs ● Offer linguistic support to Research & Development with regard to user interfaces ● Create and execute training for user trainers, sales trainers and consultants

As a young professional I was involved in several projects for companies like Philips in Eindhoven and Frans Maas / DSV in Dordrecht.
