Part of the 1995 Graduate Trainee intake at Healey & Baker, now Cushman & Wakefield. Worked in the research & consulting department collecting market data, supporting the Senior Partner, report writing for internal investment, agency, valuation and corporation solutions clients plus external clients such as pension funds, developers and local authorities. Writing and production of Healey & Baker's flagship publications such as "Main Streets Across the World".

Working in the investment, valuation and research teams, I assembled property market data, economic, socio-demographic and business data, undertook site visits, assembled spreadsheets and under property market analysis of office, retail, industrial, residential, hotel and development projects.
