CurrentProduction Engineer/Certified Bottling Plant Operator.Supervision on behalf of the Company (Eurofusion S.A.) of all electrical and mechanical systems of the facilities during the construction phase of the company.- Leadership in design, selection, procurement, assembly, programming, and implementation of a remote water pumping station.- Collaboration with the engineering team on all operational best practices, industrial safety, HACCP, equipment and facilities maintenance procedures, tasks and auditable documentation.- Selection and training of operational personnel for the packaging line. Facility Operators and Warehouse and Maintenance personnel.- Production Supervision.- Management of the maintenance program for the bottling line, auxiliary systems, process and plant water pumping stations, and low and medium voltage systems, electric plants, transformers, and electrical distribution.- Management, Execution, and Optimization of all logistics processes for Import and Export in a Free Zone, in coordination with the National Customs Authority, US FDA, logistics operators, shipping, land, and air, Customs Brokers at Origin and International Destination.- Purchase and Supply of Raw Materials and Spare Parts, nationally and internationally.- Preparation of production reports, daily, monthly, and annually with representative "KPI" of production.- Collaboration in the management of the company's affiliation and certification with different international entities and export permits (USA, UK, JAPAN, CARIBBEAN).- Certified Plant Operator by the IBWA (International Bottled Water Association).- Contact person with auditing entities, NSF, FDA, USARMY, KOSHER, HALAL.- Collaboration in the selection plan of manufacturers and technology for the expansion of bottling lines and product diversification.- Process optimization and leadership in multiple projects impacting savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years.
