Provide strategic leadership on total rewards activities for Cargill's Latin America region. The position is responsible for development, implementation and execution of total rewards (Compensation, Benefits & Global Mobility) strategies, policies, programs and processes; relationship management; total rewards governance and compliance; total rewards data research and analysis.

Comp & Ben:Corporate Roles: deploy & support the corporate team needs among the country (initiatives / process / projects – e.g.: Mip, Base Salary, Corporate Guideline, Benefits trends, others) and also feed the corporate team w/ the local market practices, providing them a snapshot of current situation (economical, labor practices and others).Local Roles: follow the market practices & trends, administration & design of Variable local plans (e.g.: Profit Sharing – PPR & Sales Incentive Programs), setup strategies to implement and align Benefits w/ Total Comp and also guarantee compliance with legal requirements and regulationBusiness support: provide the support to businesses considering their needs & strategies (market surveys, benchmarking, local variable compensation and others).Participant of Global Position Evaluation Committee and Leader of Latin America Position Evaluation Committee.Information Center / Data ManagementResponsible for management the activities of Information Center, supporting the HR SSC and Business on their needs related to employee information, providing reports and information (KPI’s).Member of: M&A Team in HR, Pension Plan Investment Committee and HR Committee member representing Cargill at SJC Bionergia - Sugar Mill (JV btw Cargill & Usina Sao Joao)Global Role: Global HR Service Catalog, Policy Process & Owner:responsible for maintaining and reinforcing HR’s Service Catalog and Policy standards. This includes leading periodic updates in alignment with Cargill’s People/HR Strategy, overseeing governance processes, facilitating the use of established tools and resources, and reinforcing the consistent application of standard requirements. The role also serves as a source of knowledge and support for others in HR responsible for executing these processes locally.
