Over the past 20 years I have been involved in operations directed to new products, production, quality, logistics and occupational ergonomics and some sectors of the health industry projects, as well as Manufacturing: Beverage, polymers, plastic injection products, packaging films and others. Over the past 10 years, I have devoted myself not only in projects in the industrial sector, but also as a mentor, teacher and coordinator of postgraduate courses in the areas: Master in Industrial Management, Production Management and logistics, Project Management and Quality philosophy Lean Manufacturing, Engineering Safety and Applied Problem Solving Methodology for Higher Education Institutions: UNINORTE, IDAAM and UFAM.Currently, I have directed my efforts and skills in the application of concepts, principles and tools in Lean Manufacturing Organizations wishing to join this Management Model: Industry, Schools, Hospitals, Offices, Gyms in the deployment and implementation of continuous improvement projects to reduce costs through disposal of wastes in order to achieve a better performance in production systems with a focus on improving outcomes.
