This year, I will be completing 32 years of "career", which is between my first technical position as a financial manager and the last as Supply Chain Manager LATAM. In all this time, I only worked in 2 large companies, one in the banking segment (National Bank) and another in the automotive segment (FCA - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles – LATAM region), with an emphasis on cost reduction and product value optimization. In finance, I joined the Billing and discount department of a large bank, where I worked as a financial analyst and came to lead the portfolio of discounts area of the headquarters in Belo Horizonte, having the opportunity to know practically all financial management processes, cash flows, receivable and payable accounts, and viable loans and credit line from the agency's customer portfolio. This activity has given me important knowledge in the financial management of costs, contributing a lot to the results achieved in the logistics area of supply. In the Supply Chain, I worked in all processes, starting as a central accounting controller, performing rotational inventories and control plans for working capital, materials held by third parties, production In planning, and then assuming the responsibility for the entire logistics and planning area in the importation/exportation of materials. At this point, I had the opportunity to participate in several projects structured in practically all the FCA plants in the world, sharing ideas and information, always aiming at the uniformity of processes and reduction of international logistics costs throughout the supply chain in order to guarantee the provision of the plants in a robust, organized, fast and efficient way, equating and reducing extra logistics costs in the production of vehicles with the elimination of incomplete vehicles or the paralysis of the production line.
