Responsible for leading and developing the Software Architects professionals team in Software Unit at IBM Brazil.Responsible for determining the best type of the Software Architects geographic coverage model, conducting checkpoints and cadences with these professionals, evaluation of territories pipeline opportunities, implementation of actions to be taken with the Software Sales team and identifying problems being faced , providing coaching and ideas for solving them. Coaching for the professionals career development and to obtain certification, including external organizations, such as Open Group.Responsible for dissemination within the Software Unit at IBM Brazil the real mission of the Software Architects professionals, contributing to the determination of roles and responsibilities of various functions within the Unit. Responsible for building two strategic laboratories at IBM, one containing senior experts on the IBM Mainframe platform and another focused on the development of solutions with a high degree of innovation (HIPODS - High Performance On Demand Solutions).
