Manage and Plan the prototype build eventsUsing a Global Prototype tool to create the build schedules based on the Test & Development requests. Manage Bill of Material together with Design and release engineers.Lead daily shortage meetings with the logistics analyst, buyer and integration engineers in order to ensure the delivery of the parts on time to support prototype build phases.Present parts status tracking every week to all program teams.Support prototype build team during assembly units in Tatui Proving Ground - São Paulo.

Support the development of a maintenance routine for pumps and compressors, elaborate a plan for pressure vessels and valves to meet the Brazilian regulatory norm NR 13 and monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

Support the development, implementation and monitoring of improvement plans for vulcanization and final inspection processes.
