I have more than 30 years of development and management experience in the personal computer industry, starting with the Wang 1100 and Commodore CBM systems. I'm a retired MVP (2012 and 2013) for Windows Azure, the principal consultant of OakLeaf Systems and author of 30+ books on Microsoft operating systems (Windows NT and 2000 Server), databases (SQL Server and Access), the Windows Azure Platform, .NET data access, Web services and InfoPath 2003. The books have more than 1.25 million English copies in print and have been translated into 20+ languages. My latest books are "Microsoft Access 2010 In Depth" for QUE (12th edition) and "Cloud Computing with the Windows Azure Platform" for WROX.
