I have worked in the financial services sector for 20 years and before that in various positions up to Board level in retail organisations . I have experience across a range of organisations including investment, retail & commercial banking, insurance and retail, manufacturing and large audit firms. I am a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) and completed my MBA in 1995.I am a change driver with extensive experience in implementing transformational change programmes in banking and commercial organisations, both as a member of the leadership team, and more recently as the Head of Risk for Bank of Ireland's Retail Division and previously as Head of the NAMA Programme and Sarbanes-Oxley Programme for AIB Group plc.Proven leadership ability in transformational and strategic change programmes, process redesign and coporate governance- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to operate at both executive and Board level.- Ability to lead and motivate executive teams and individuals.
