Responsible for long-term partnerships with strategic procurement organizations, each with their own specialty: civil engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering, landscaping, painting contractors and agriculture.Furthermore responsible for international construction and engineering companies with projects throughout all of Europe, setting up cooperation and framework agreements to ensure long-term partnerships with our international Boels organization. My skills in English and German language are highly beneficial.

Sittard

Joining the departments of One Call, Customer Service and Sales Support we created the base for our Customer Care Center as we know of today.During this period I was responsible for the daily management of a 30+ team of international employees, setting revenue targets, recruitment, implementation of contact center software and negotiations with prospect rehire partners. In addition to my responsibilities for rehire, I was responsible for the annual additions of these products to our rental guide.I successfully setup a pilot for our new Call Center, adding this team to our Customer Care Center and creating another new service for our customers as well as our organization.

OneCall designates a personal account manager who is fully aware of our customer’s wishes and their internal company procedures. One-stop shopping for project support, cost management and tailored reports guarantees the most efficient way of handling equipment management.
