Ensures staff adhere to all procedures and processes in accordance with Northrop Grumman’s policy’s. The Operations Manager is a voting member on the Corporate Change Board (CCB) to coordinate any changes to the environments. Operations are also responsible for the connectivity to the Internet, NIPERNET, and Northrop Grumman’s infrastructure. The Operations Manager also coordinates any maintenance requiring down time with the customer, as well as notifies the customer of any Production issues. Designed and documented several procedures that dramatically improved to change implementation process and has reduced the downtime to make changes. During this time frame, Northrop Grumman was also awarded several large Government travel contracts that required Operations to design, build, and implement new environments catering to these Government agencies. DTS uses EMC Symmetric for mass redundant storage as well as DBSIGN for digital signatures.
