As an itinerant visiting faculty member I can use my years of experience with virtual instructor lead training to deliver the Canada School's Facilitation Fundamentals course. It is designed to instill online facilitation skills with public servants embracing virtual meetings and content delivery.The Canada School for Public Service is a central agency within the federal public service that provides corporate learning options to public servants.

Leading the creation and development of an Employee Development Program Advisory Service to guide client organizations creating or revising formal developmental programs for their employees and managers. The service includes development of governance frameworks, job analysis, learning pathways, learning implementation and performance evaluation processes, and program evaluation processes.Design learning content for and deliver in-person and virtual courses related to leadership, mental health, on-boarding, learning development plan courses, and change management processes. Also developing increased experience with e-learning design using AI tools.Significant experience as an in-class and virtual facilitator using classroom and virtual tools to create learner-centred environments. Delivery of hundreds of courses in both modalities.

•Facilitated and co-facilitated four multi-module, goal-based service excellence courses to over 700 Employment Insurance and Canada Pension Plan client service agents.•Delivered two day participant-centred technique courses to occasional trainers and subject matter experts in Service Canada.•Certified as a Service Canada Trainer.•Facilitated and co-facilitated “Coaching Practices for Managers” workshops for managers in the federal public service through the National Manager’s Community.•Operated in teams of two to five trainers to prepare and deliver courses for 20 -100 participants.

•Led, motivated, and administrated a team of 15-30 unionized Citizen Service Agents in the Vancouver Employment Insurance and Canada Pension Plan Contact Centre.•Managed team performance through qualitative and quantitative key performance indicators and metrics.•Collaborated with other team leaders to develop a back-up team leader development program and manual.
