Developed and/or improved channel policies and processes. Globalized and standardized many processes, leveraging best practices across organizations and theaters in order to support ease of doing business and a common partner experience.· Executed global channel readiness and enablement for new offers, process and policies. Activities included sales and technical training, quoting tools support, ordering logistics, pricing, marketing and distributor inventory management.· Spearheaded internal channel readiness functions to verify and validate that offers were ready prior to launch. Participated in numerous core teams, providing guidance that helped to develop channel centric offers that resulted in greater market acceptance.· Developed and managed complex tools to support global solution authorization management. Report outputs helped manage and drive partner compliance, providing for an overall enhanced customer experience. Attained over 99% compliance in US theater, and drove 10- 20% improvement in other theaters.· Key stakeholder in a number of strategic initiatives that resulted in increased revenue opportunities and overall enhancement to the customer experience. One key Initiative included successful development and deployment of a first ever cloud based offer designed specifically for the channel. The offer was well received and provided an immediate valuable revenue stream.· Participated and led many activities in support of indirect global channel organization, including promotion operations, new pricing and discounting models, catalog development, results reporting, quoting and configuration tools.
