As a reporting and Insights Analyst, my job involves leveraging my experience in superannuation and financial journalism to analyse and report on financial complaints - and the reasons behind these complaints - to both internal AFCA audiences and external stakeholders such as ASIC, APRA and the Federal Treasury. In short, I'm telling stories with data. As a Knowledge Manager I created content and leveraged existing company data and publications to make it findable and reusable - for staff or client education, to enhance cooperation and teamwork, for compliance, to avoid staff having to re-learn hard-gained knowledge - and to reduce risk, stopping an organisation repeating its expensive mistakes. I’ve experience in Training and Documentation for a superannuation fund and Universities, in multiple software projects for Local, State and Federal Government, communication skills, web site publishing and writing and editing. I have also worked to record knowledge generated as part of Agile software project management implementation. All of this requires considerable cooperation and negotiation skills.
