I have worked in the Information Technology area for a long time, always applying technical and ethical concepts to the daily work offered. With focus and attitude, learning new ways to solve problems, seeking empirical knowledge and also certifications in courses and lectures over the years.As a result of this vast experience, I work technically in the area of user support. I participated in the implementation of the IT Service Center using the Jira Service Desk, with implementation of workflows, SLAs, Queues of Service, Scripts for automatic call assignment, among others. I still actively work on the implementation of new features in the Jira System, as well as occasional adjustments. I also actively participate in the drafting of Terms of Reference for the acquisition of IT Products, with participation in face-to-face sessions and responding to diligences and technical questions.I have knowledge and practice in the area of Infrastructure acquired in the course of Computer Networks and in the participation of projects where areas of infrastructure and technical support were involved.In the field, the maintenance of computers allowed me to expand my knowledge in the type of Hardware type IBM PC and also in Hardware type Apple. In addition to the basics of Operating Systems, I delved into advanced concepts of Windows 7, 8.1 and 10, to solve specific and complex problems for users. I am a big enthusiast of the Linux system and I have deepened my knowledge in these systems in order to solve urgent demands such as availability of SAMBA Server for file sharing, implementation of Computer Cloning service via Network using Clonezilla Server. Finally, I became an advanced MacOS user after making this computational resource available to IT, I delved into studies to better understand the Apple System and also its hardware, so that I actively work on the maintenance of iMacs and MacBooks both in formatting and reinstallation of the Operating System, as well as electronic maintenance and Hardware Upgrade.I have expertise in the area of file recovery in various media, such as HD / SSD, USB sticks, memory cards, among others. Operating both in purely logical and electronic recoveries with replacement of microcomponents, actuators and others.
