I was hired in this role to start-up a new Healthcare desk within this 3 month old new franchise office.My desk specialty was executive healthcare search & recruitment with an emphasis on the home health, RT/DME, home infusion therapy, medical manufacturer and other healthcare niches.* Billed $220,000 in my first year.* Increased billings each year to $600,000+ by the end of my third year.* Consistently ranked in the top 25% of the MRI rankings nationally.

In this role, I managed LAB's Private home healthcare division consisting of home healthcare nursing services, home infusion therapy pharmacy services and high-risk perinatal nursing services. This included building and managing a state-of-the-art HUAM monitoring call center in Indianapolis, IN.

I was recruited from Norrell Healthcare by Lincare for the specific purpose of expanding a new business line which was high-risk perinatal nursing services. This consisted of providing the medical equipment and home infusion therapy services to the perinatal patient in order to keep them from preterm labor. We opened a HUAM monitoring call center in Indianapolis and expanded our Indiana program into Ohio, Missouri and Texas.

I began my career as a single site Administrator for a large home healthcare agency consisting of nursing services, staffing services and home infusion therapy pharmacy. I advanced to a Area Manager managing multiple sites and ultimately closed my Norrell Healthcare career as the National Sales Manager after an acquistion by Nurses House Call.

Quad Pharmaceuticals was a 2 year old pharmaceutical start-up which focused on manufacturing small dose vial injectable pharmaceuticals. Its most significant product line was oncolytic agents and was a primary contract manufacturer for Dupont, Adria Laboratories and many other pharmaceutical companies. I was hired to head up the sales team for both inside telemarketing sales as well as the national hospital sales force in taking Quad from a contract manufacturer status to a direct-to-the-end user (physician) company.

I started my career carrying the sales bag in an Iowa sales territory. I was promoted to a newly created District Manager role and relocated to Indianapolis. Over the next 10 years, I was the District Manager of 10-11 sales representatives located throughout Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Michigan. After 13 1/2 years, I was recruited from one of our contract manufacturers of oncolytics to become their National Sales Manager.
