Since I have reason to think, I have directed my interests towards humanitarian and social work.I was promoting these concerns as of 2015, with a wide and extensive career within the Red Cross, in which I participated in spaces of leadership, management and strategic development, ranging from the local to the state level. On the other hand, thanks to Nursing studies at the Faculty of Medicine (Campus Agust Pi i Sunyer) of the University of Barcelona (UB), I could acquire a clearer and more academic vision of the multiple determinants that imply health (with all their letters): endless interactions with multiple and incredible ways to shortcut them. Where a great role is played by the person with a look at society, their environment and their attitudes and without forgetting the great systemic and large-scale impact that can be made from the highest levels of politics and the movements born from the very community. All this, of course, based on good practices and the incessant progress of multidisciplinary scientific evidence.This background has allowed me to reaffirm the power that we have as individuals and the synergistic force that we take as a team. Day by day persevering and winning battles. I am a person convinced that working on people's lifestyles is essential for countless things, from health to self-realization and transformative changes in society. Also, I think that not all of us know everything, but we all know a little about everything, so sharing knowledge makes us stronger.Currently, I am interested in and expanding my knowledge, skills and attitudes in transforming and empowering Leadership, as well as in Research and Public Health. All this with a view to the global and interconnected society.
