As founder and President of Executive Financial Partners, Roger is responsible for setting the company's vision, mission, and organizational structure. Roger's daily responsibilities include comprehensive training of new associates, recruiting, and the coordination of all agency marketing activities.Roger is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Roger began his career in the financial services industry with MetLife in 1988. As a Leaders Conference producer, Roger rose quickly through the ranks to become an Agency Director, responsible for all agency operations. Roger has won multiple sales and customer quality awards throughout his career, including qualifying for Management Presidents Conferences in 2004, 2005, 2007 and his latest in 2008, Kansas City Life's prestigious Century Club Award. He holds his Series 24, 7, 6, and 63 securities licenses*, Life & Health, and Auto & Home insurance licenses. Roger is also a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and a Certified Long Term Care Specialist (CLTC).
