Required extensive coordination with PMRF leadership prior to and during installation of sensor and computer hardware, network connections, and data collection exercises• 2004-2006: Managed an Office of Naval Research program to design, integrate, and test an infrared (IR) sensor package for Navy SEAL delivery vehicles• Significant Achievements: Demonstrated design, build, and test of advanced ISR capabilities across the spectrum from UHF to IR and visible sensors. Provided break-through radar signal processing solutions to MDA and ONR.

Also supported the testing of the AEAS in several states where actual emergency responders participated in response exercises. Feedback from the responders was implemented in future versions of the exercise software that was distributed to over 3,100 counties in the U.S.
Task Leader For Missile Defense Engineering Support And Terrorism Threat Analysis
• Led the threat assessment task of the Automated Exercise Assessment System (AEAS); a tool developed by SAIC for training emergency responders in WMD terrorism situations. Combined expert input and weapon effects modeling for estimating weapon impact• Led the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance task for the Science and Technology Directorate of the MDA, directing a diverse and dispersed team of 5-10 SAIC engineers conducting studies and analyses to evaluate performance of advanced technologies. This role required an understanding of the technologies, as well as knowledge of the available government simulation and test facilities
Deputy Program Manager For Response Preparedness Against Wmd Terrorism
• Helped coordinate a large diverse team of experts from within SAIC as well as outside consultants in a National Guard Bureau contract to assess domestic preparedness for dealing with weapons of mass destruction (WMD). This role required frequent coordination to monitor progress of the various efforts, organization and planning of internal technical reviews, and preparation of the team for reviews with the customer • Significant Achievements: Helped the National Guard prepare for executing and coordinating a domestic terrorism response, which they utilized after the September 11, 2001 attack.
