I led a portfolio of Google Cloud programs to deliver strategic data analytics capabilities. Leading a team of 5 project managers with international hybrid teams of SMEs from Google Cloud Partner, SoftServe. The projects provided fresh insight via data dashboards into Dyson’s sustainability and global carbon footprint, into the direct to consumer Connected App, product Quality 360 view, Research and Development insights, Fraud data mining and the IT KPI dashboard.

For Deloitte Global Core Shared Services, established a greenfield PPM function and led transition program management team to transition multiple IT services into Global Shared Services centres in India, Poland and China. e.g. Managed the transition of 650+ IT Support staff into the Global Contact Center IT Support Desk service, operating from Hermitage, Milton Keynes, Hyderabad and Chongqing using introduced standard ServiceNow and Genesys technology in the cloud to create a seamless single organisation providing service to USA, Canada, UK, Australia, China, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Greece, Malta and Nordics by end of Q4. GCC handles more than 2 million support calls/contacts annually.

Managed troubleshooting of integration of Global and Deloitte USA Online Learning Platform.Managed Yammer Analytics for Knowledge Management group.Managing team to establish Global Shared Services Centre in India for Lync, Exchange, AD, Mobile Devices, Laptop Mgmt and Application & Network Monitoring. To achieve worldwide economies of scale, standardise service and drive down costs. Also managing the creation of the Global Service and Support Desk in support of the above.Responsible for co-ordinating all international service desks in integrating the acquisition of Monitor Consulting, a firm of 1,200 staff operating in 18 countries.
