I have over forty years of experience in all aspects of Civil Engineering. In my career, I have developed site plans for all sizes of projects, from convenience stores to gas stations to hospitals to college campuses and military cantonments. I have worked on residential development projects from single-family subdivisions to multifamily apartment and condominium complexes. I have designed highway interchanges and local streets. My clients have included NAVFAC, the Army Corps of Engineers and the US Air Force, State, County and Local Governments and numerious private development firms. My career goals are to continue to help my clients build successful, economical and environmentally responsible projects.Specialties: site plan presentations to municipal boards and commissions; grading plans; utility design and stormwater management; plan coordination with architects, landscape architects and owners; environmentally responsible site planning.
