Learn About Logistics (https://www.learnaboutlogistics.com) is for anyone who wants to learn more about the ever changing world of Logistics, Supply Chains and Networks – professionals striving for a better understanding, students who want to be ahead of the class and those with an enquiring mind who need to know.Having initially identified a need for jargon-free information presented in a readable form, I co-authored the textbook A Framework for Supply Chains. I believed that the concepts and ideas generated in the book should be freely available to a wider audience – and so Learn About Logistics was developed.

Worked with clients to improve their business systems and logistics processes. Major assignments were in China to assess the feasibility of building a new Store Ready Merchandising distribution centre and in Australia, the scope, selection and project plan for an ERP system in a national reverse logistics business.

Completed sponsored applied research concerning the feasibility of establishing Dense Trade Clusters in locations around Melbourne Australia. Published a public document 'The Case for a National Logistics City - positioning the West for the future'

I developed and presented the largest supply chain post-graduate program in the Asia Pacific region, with centres in Melbourne, Singapore and Hong Kong. While at the University I was appointed for two years as the Ford Motor Company Procurement Fellow.
