Promoted to manage quality assurance department of this luxury yacht manufacturer. Oversaw 14 inspectors and an industrial engineer, guiding the identification and implementation of quality improvements across 2 manufacturing sites supporting 8 product lines with approximately 1,400 employees at peak production. Oversaw QC analytical laboratory and testing for UL-listed fuel tanks.
