I attended the University of North Carolina Charlotte and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology. I have worked in sales/marketing management, business development and operations management, and as a corporate vice president and business owner. I consulted for and advised business owners on developing best practices and processes to grow their companies and become more profitable while building a dealer base for a newly launched central station. My consulting efforts and real-world experience produced tremendous successes throughout my business career; First Alert Dealer of the Year, First Alert National Sales Winner, GE Security Shining Star and Dealer of the Year Awards, Presidents Cup for ASG Security, and President of NCESA. I entered business ownership (RSH Protection) and put my consulting and business experience to the test. For the next 10 years I grew a technology-based systems integration company from a very humble start-up to a successful multi-million-dollar enterprise in Mooresville, NC that was sold to ASG; and there I continued my career with ASG for 2 years working with some of the most respected leaders in the industry. I have experience working in acquisitions of alarm companies (Select Security, Monitronics/Brinks-Current) and I understand the intricate processes related to acquisitions. I enjoy sharing all my practical, real-world experience to help guide determined men and women in realizing their own dreams and fulfilling careers in the Security Industry that has given so much to me.
