About Roger Phillips

After 35 years I am retiring from the mortgage banking industry. I want to thank the following people who believed in me and helped make these year's so successful. Bill Brodie and Shane Beaty who trusted a crazy inexperienced kid in giving me that chance to prove the mortgage business was the right fit for me.David Witt who helped guide me from retail to Wholesale and Correspondant side of the industry.Dave Bowers/Barry Dalton who opened the door to 16 great years at Flagstar Bank and trusted in the vision. Brad Canada/Michael Cupples for the opportunity to help make Bank of England Mortgage into such an unbelievable place to finish out these 35 years. Finally to my Bank of England Mortgage family who stayed by my side for 10 years. We funded over $6 billion together and had the most fun doing it. Tommy Owen without you BOEM would not be there.
