The role of the Client Service Quality & Training Lead (Coach) is to monitor employee quality by observing performance in a real time/recorded environment. This role is responsible for measuring incoming and outgoing transactions against measurable standards, department guidelines and client’s policy. The results of these sessions would be communicated, reviewed, documented and reported to the Client Services Managers. The Coach is responsible for conducting QSC calibration sessions provide coaching recommendations/results via evaluations and participate in quality control programs. The coach will also be responsible for tracking & reporting client issues/updates and use various technology skills to create and analyze data as it pertained to quality assurance, processes and procedures. This position will identify specific training needs, always focusing on the performance, knowledge, and quality associated with the client's expectations and employee’s development. Additionally, based on interaction with other operating areas within Wheels, this position will have the responsibility for researching, designing, and developing, managing and executing quality training programs that are measurable, including but not limited to content, customer service, application and new hire training from a transactional, process, and industry level perspective.
