Worked extensively within the care and education sectors, both as a provider and within regulation and inspection (CSIW & Estyn). I now offer a range of consultancy and training services that focus on organisational development and self evaluation. Much of the work we carry out within Taith (Welsh for 'Journey') uses an Appreciative Inquiry approach.In 2019 I jointly founded here2there.me Ltd in order to help organisations put their values into action in relation to person centred planning and outcomes recording. This centres on our award winning ForMi online tool that enables anyone on a programme of personalised support to take maximum control and ownership of their plan. It also enables the supporting organisation to evidence the impact of their interventions, against both the individuals personal goals and standardised outcomes frameworks. Finally it supports joined up working by professionals and other people in the individual's circle of support.I am totally committed to the concepts of person centred planning and strength-based practices in order to make a real difference in people's lives. Doing this in a non-tokenistic way that really empowers people to take control of their own lives.
