1. Preaching & Teaching: Deliver sermons, teach Bible studies, and lead workshops to educate and inspire the congregation.2. Spiritual Leadership: Provide guidance, vision, and direction to the church, fostering a sense of community and spiritual growth.3. Pastoral Care: Offer counseling, support, and guidance to members, addressing their spiritual, emotional, and practical needs.4. Worship Leadership: Plan and lead worship services, ensuring a meaningful and engaging experience for the congregation.5. Administration: Oversee church operations, manage staff and volunteers, and handle administrative tasks hand in hand with the senior leadership.6. Outreach & Evangelism: Develop and implement outreach programs to engage the community and share the Gospel.7. Discipleship & Mentorship: Foster spiritual growth through discipleship programs, mentoring, and small groups.8. Prayer & Intercession: Lead prayer initiatives, pray for the congregation, and encourage corporate prayer and individual/family altars.9. Communion, Weddings & Baptisms: Officiate ceremonies, providing pastoral support during significant life/church events as assigned by the Senior Pastor/Overseer.10. Vision Casting: Develop and communicate the church's vision, inspiring and motivating the congregation to work towards common goals.11. Staff Supervision: Lead, support, and develop church staff, ensuring effective ministry and teamwork.12. Budgeting & Finance: Oversee church finances, develop budgets, and ensure responsible stewardship working with the church administrator and head of finance.13. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts within the church, promoting peace and unity under guidance of the Senior Pastor/Overseer.14.
