Raised close to the Arctic Circle where the pitch was white half the year, I could not let go of my childhood dream of becoming a football (soccer) pro and moved to Florida where grass was green. After losing the College Soccer National Finals, realised I had to grow up and get a real career. A few years later, and back in the far north, still looking for revenge. A bit of stupidity, drive and a fair portion of American-inspired optimism pushed us crazy Northerners to start our own agency aimed of conquering the emergence of the web (mainly Flash experiences in “the days”).An agency where creativity was king and goal was pushing the boundaries of digital storytelling and interactivity. North Kingdom was born. On this journey I’ve been privileged to get to work with some of my favourite brands, such as LEGO, adidas, Disney, Netflix, Ferrari, Supercell & Google. While I am curious on how tech can enable new experiences and I have some of my best collaborations with the likes of Google and Netflix, I still feel my biggest passion and where I can contribute the most being closer to the competitive nature of Sports & Gaming. I want to be challenged, and I enjoy challenging others, well frankly, I do think we all need to get pushed at times to stay alert and hungry. And without hunger, no magic. Entrepreneur, I love to initiate things and trust all the brilliant people I surround myself with to make it happen. I love being able to be have my life foundation in the far north, but still have the entire global universe to explore from above :) Passionate about being involved in the start-up community, feel and breathe the entrepreneurial energy and have thoroughly enjoyed being a co-founder of such companies as OnceUpon.photo, Sparks, ICROSS.fish & Mindforce GameLab. With my experience and network, I would love to help, learn and inspire many more entrepreneurs over years to come.
