Coil Tubing UnitDestination: North/South America, On/Offshore• Analyze schematics to determine proper sizes of hoses, fittings, components, as well as response of components down stream due to functions of parasitic circuits• Analyze heating and cooling schematics to optimize heat exchangers.• Analyze BOP actuation circuit to prevent draining of emergency accumulators and ensure pressure on ram cylinders• Determine hydraulic problem with components that test normal when tested individually but sporadically fail momentarily while in use.• Provide customer and aftermarket support for field service issues and repetitive failures.• Correct items within Autodesk Vault (data management) to drive demand for manufacturing from drawing BOM.• Determine rework disposition i.e. requires rework, scrap, capturing modification on drawing, quality intervention, etc.• Update or create drawings so that technical information may be extracted from 3d parametric models.• Ensure overrides within drawings are redirected to be driven off model values.

Hydration – Chemical Additive System Combo Unit (HC-301)Destination: Russia• Design layout for tank utilizing as much of previous designs on simalr equipment to sustain loads of 100 barrel hydration tank mounted on truck frame.• Provide a dry chemical hydrator using venturi effect principle accounting for suction line in temperatures as low as –40C.• Conduct a technical presentation to customer engineers via translator for approval drawings with FEA reports, on major fabrication structures.• Explain process schematic and formulate general procedure on use of equipment.• Provide heat rejection and hydraulic analysis for cooling and heating in artic conditions.• Fluid analysis of systems with regard to feet of head and suction pressure limitations on centrifugal pumps.• Coordinate 3D modeling and detail drawings with designers/drafters for release. • Travel to Calgary for manufacturing and quality support.
