As the 7th fastest growing private company in Silicon Valley, we grew from a self-financed start-up of 1(me) to $100 Million in valuation with 120 employees. This created my model for exponential growth that I apply today. Our exponential growth curve was over 1,000% year to year. P3M was an integrated marketing communications agency, providing cutting edge and strategically aligned creative solutions with a single objective of delivering measurable results for our clients, namely sales. P3M clients amongst others, included Apple,Borland, IBM, UPS, H-P, Varian, Covad, and eBay. P3M's focus was to determine that singular entity which motivated an individual to take specific action, and then create an integrated marketing communications program to trigger that action. P3M provided precise & effective solutions in the areas of Research, Strategic Planning, Corporate Identity, Print Advertising, Outdoor and Broadcast Media, Direct Marketing, Collateral, Online Marketing, Events Marketing, Packaging and Lead Generation.As the CEO/founder, my goal was to create exponential growth for clients.
