Schedule all safety training. Complete in house forklift (LP), scissor lift, and electric stand up lift certification.Perform monthly Inspection of emergency lights, fire extinguisher, ladders, eye wash stations etc. Quality check all components for non- conformity. Move non conforming inventory to MRB (Management Review Board) until disposition is determined. Contact suppliers and request CA resolution including (RMA). Resolve quality issues by means of Lean tools and thinking- root cause analyses (RCA). Identify/correct BOM’s, Inventory lead- monitor trends, ensure accuracy of tooling and components. Teaching/Mentoring employee behaviors.Maintain plant equipment, grounds maintenance, schedule sub contractors, such as, HVAC, Electricians, Mechanical technicians etc.

Lead the production team to ensure safety, quality, on time shipping, and environmental compliancy. Ordering all shop supplies and tooling. Train and mentor all production personnel and supervisors. Support and Lead change. Assist with implementation of new ERP(IQMS) System.
